Thanks to the Richmond Police Department’s efforts, four men have been arrested and charged for armed robbery.

Here is the Times-Dispatch article by John Blackwell:

Richmond police have charged four men in the Aug. 8 armed robbery of Oaxaca Latin Market at 610 N. Sheppard St. and the July 25 armed robbery of Lemus Distributors at 3305 Broad Rock Blvd.

Police said today that four suspects in the robberies are in custody: Ellezer Hernandez-Bautista, 27; Omar Hernandez-Garcia, 24; Jaime Perez-Ramirez and Edgar Rosales, 22. Police said the men were charged with robbery, abduction and using a firearm in a felony. All four gave an address of 1701 Whitehead Road, police said.

Police said they are seeking a fifth suspect, known by the name Rolando, who may have left the Richmond area.

The police department said it received a tip on the location of the men after officers canvassed the Broad Rock area Saturday and handed out photos of the suspects to business owners.

Police asked anyone with information on the suspect to call Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000 or the Spanish-language police tip line at (804) 239-4209.
