The Richmond Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation after Richmond officers discovered the bodies of a man and woman inside a vehicle in the 1900 block of Hopkins Road yesterday afternoon.

The deceased have been identified as Angela Laverne Moore, 41, of the 5600 block of Yates Lane in Henrico, and Tracy Oneal Scott, 42, of the 4600 block of Chamberlayne Avenue. Both individuals were active missing persons cases.

The cause and manner of death is unknown pending an autopsy by the Medical Examiner tomorrow. The motive is unknown at this time.
